In the case of modernisation, carrying out a detailed analysis and taking inventory of the existing processes and machinery is crucial, in order to adapt and make optimal use of the existing infrastructure. Based on the defined assumptions, we design individual machines and devices, which are part of technological nodes.
We finish the production process with test runs carried out in our plant. We revitalise the existing machines and equipment. We also design and carry out work in the field of electricity and automation. We minimise the risk of errors and irregularities occurring during test runs, by ensuring that the installation process is carried out properly. The last stage is the validation and optimisation of technological processes, after start up. We provide professional management of the technical documentation, taking into account the chronology of changes.

With more than 30 years of experience in processing methods, we know how to choose the right type of industrial grid plates adapted to your particular technological process. The parameters of a grid plate, such as slot or mesh dimensions, shapes and dimensions of shaped and round wires, are designed individually, depending on the parameters of the final product, working parameters, and the raw material itself. We often decide to rebuild open grid plates or create individual solutions regarding products, materials, or assembly, in order to optimise the technological process and operating costs.

Our comprehensive repair services include disassembly of equipment, transport to our plants, balancing of dynamic rotating elements, and assembly at the workstation.
