01. Initial stage
Depending on the investor's requirements - whether it's designing a new machine, its replacement, or modernisation - the designers from PROGRESS will take measurements on site or work on the basis of the documentation provided by the customer.

02. Offer
Based on the collected information, the team of designers draws up the documentation on the basis of which an offer will be prepared.

03. Design
After accepting the offer, the team of designers develops a working design, while staying in touch with the investor.

04. Quality control
Strict quality control is carried out at each production stage, in accordance with the procedures and standards of the ISO 9001 quality management system

05. Delivery
After completing the production process, start-up tests are carried out, in which the investor's representatives can also participate. After successful tests, the device is prepared for transport.

06. Installation
The assembly work is carried out by the investor, under the supervision of workers from PROGRESS TECHNIKA. The assembly and start-up of the device can be carried out by workers from PROGRESS TECHNIKA, at the customer's request.

07. Training and Technical Service
During the first start-up, personnel and technical services undergo training. The commissioning date is also the beginning of the agreed warranty service period.
